Job summary

Ovation Holdings Inc. in Appleton, WI seeks a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare documentation, verify materials, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will work with FedEx, UPS, LTL, and hotshot carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include packing, receiving, verifying contents and serials, organizing the warehouse, and building strong relationships with vendors and coworkers while maintaining safe operations and compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years shipping and receiving experience.
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, LTL, and hotshot carriers.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
• Verify shipment contents, serial numbers, and packing lists.
• Coordinate carrier pickups, deliveries, and will-call orders.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials to designated areas.
• Maintain inventory records and update company software.
• Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Build positive working relationships with vendors, carriers, and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
