Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations at our Appleton, WI facility. The role involves processing orders, maintaining inventory records, preparing shipments, and keeping the warehouse organized, safe, and inspection-ready.

• Previous warehouse/shipping or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and stand throughout shift.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine materials and products to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Pick, verify, and prepare order materials for shipment.
• Assist with loading outbound shipments as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, order forms, and related documentation.
• Create shipping labels and export documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Perform data entry into inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Conduct daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and prepare inventory reports.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure the facility remains inspection-ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate and report safety concerns, inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Perform additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned by management.
