Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• 1–3 years shipping/receiving in manufacturing
• Forklift, pallet jack, and material handling proficiency
• Experience with inventory software and ERP systems
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipments with labeling, packaging and loading
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts and system updates
• Coordinate material flow with production, QA, and purchasing
• Organize shipping/receiving areas for efficiency and cleanliness
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, customs forms)
