Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage the Shipping and Receiving Office, sign drivers in and out, and maintain accurate paperwork. The role supports fast-paced inbound and outbound logistics in a consumer goods environment.

You will coordinate dock door assignments, maintain schedules, process Bills of Lading, and collaborate with shift leads to hit daily goals. Weekend night shifts, safety compliance, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, or DC operations.
• Experience in CPG or Food & Beverage industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds; physically capable.

Responsibilities

• Sign drivers in/out and verify paperwork.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound loads.
• Maintain door assignments and yard inventory reports.
• Process Bills of Lading and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate yard movements with the spotter/yard jockey.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain inbound/outbound schedules.
• Collaborate with shift management to meet daily goals.
• Report errors or issues to leadership to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of warehouse equipment.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by following standards.
