Job summary

NMG Aerospace is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate who will handle daily shipment and inventory tasks on site in Ohio. You will pick orders, package products, and use the MRP system (E-10) to track materials.

Lift and move parts, operate a Tow Motor and Crane, and coordinate with machining centers to meet customer needs. The role requires 2+ years shipping/receiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to obtain Tow Motor and Crane licenses.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Must complete required training and safety programs.
• Physical duties include lifting up to 40 lb.
• Work may require stairs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick order parts manually according to job orders.
• Package products for shipment.
• Operate Tow Motor and Crane.
• Load/Unload trucks daily.
• Pull parts from inventory using MHE and deliver to machining centers.
• Identify daily shipping needs per customer requirements.
• May drive company vehicle for pickup/delivery of shipments.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to PPE and safety protocols and training.
