Job summary

Component Repair Technologies is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Mentor, OH. The role handles inbound/outbound turbine engine components, documents receipts, and follows detailed shipping processes.

Training is provided in a state-of-the-art facility with growth opportunities as responsibilities expand. The position requires at least one year in shipping/receiving, crane/forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year’s experience in any type of shipping, receiving or warehouse capacity.
• Experience in the use of overhead cranes, pallet jacks forklifts/lift trucks.
• Exposure to domestic and/or international shipping of parts.
• Ability or experience following directions and reading work instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record for the past 3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming parts, sign receipts, review documentation and requested work scope and record accurately.
• Unpack and inspect inbound parts. Report and document any discrepancies or damage to the inbound part.
• Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and manifest for accuracy.
• Prepare required paperwork and documentation folder for next step processing of inbound part.
• Use pallet jacks, skids, overhead cranes and forklifts to move inbound and outbound parts.
• Perform outbound part documentation review, package part for shipping using detailed instruction sheets, ensure quality control aspects and inspection.
