Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to handle receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing tools, equipment, and products across multiple facility locations in Hidalgo, TX. The role includes maintaining a clean, safe environment and handling packing, shipping, and related paperwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of related experience, and a willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift license preferred and/or willing to become certified.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment including company/work vehicles.
• General shipping and receiving tasks: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and various truck deliveries and pickups.
• Includes the proper completion of required paperwork and legal compliance.
• Packing and shipping various products and parts appropriately, efficiently, and with regard to how the customer will receive them.
• Maintain multiple facility locations through janitorial duties, updates, regular building maintenance, and miscellaneous maintenance repairs.
• Maintain inventories in a clean, organized fashion.
