Job summary

Kendall Howard in Chisago City, MN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and ERP-based order processing. This full-time role requires accuracy, FIFO adherence, and safe handling of materials.

You will print instruction sheets, verify ship points, dispatch to vendors, and collaborate with the Shift Supervisor and Quality teams to ensure parts are handled with care and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping/receiving and ERP systems.
• Ability to follow FIFO and maintain accurate inventory.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality.

Responsibilities

• Print or pull from inventory all required customer instruction sheets.
• Ensure that inventory is being used based on manufacturing date following FIFO.
• Maintains the IPC code structure on all part labels used in packaging and distribution.
• Review and process all approved incoming and outgoing orders within the Company's ERP system which may include international paperwork and dangerous goods documentation
• Check and verify that all ship points are valid based on the supplied information on each order.
• Dispatching products to outside vendors
• Maintain accurate inventory by adjusting product quantities and consolidating parts to preserve space in regard to organization and cleanliness
• Load and unload shipments for incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and policies without exception
• Work with theShift Supervisor to improve and maintain safety systems and procedures
• Works with the Quality Department and others to ensure quality parts are always produced and handled with care.
