Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 to join our on-site team in Olathe, KS. You will manage daily shipping and receiving activities, coordinate with Procurement, Logistics and Manufacturing, and maintain accurate inventory to support timely deliveries. The role emphasizes process improvements, safety, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with SAP and related software tools for tracking and reporting.
• Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with shipping documentation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping and receiving efficiency.
