Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Ship/Receiving Specialist Level 2 at our Phoenix, AZ site. You will manage shipping and receiving activities to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager on-site.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, verifying documentation and goods, and maintaining accurate records in the system, while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to improve processes and ensure safety

Qualifications

Experience in shipping and receiving within manufacturing or distribution environments.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and material handling procedures.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software to track shipments.
Ability to inspect and verify shipments for quality and compliance with company standards.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to shipping and receiving activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities to meet production and customer requirements.
Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and physical inspection.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions in the system.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all shipping and receiving operations.
