Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 to join our on-site team in Olathe, KS. You will manage daily shipping and receiving activities, coordinate with Procurement, Logistics and Manufacturing, and maintain accurate inventory to support timely deliveries. Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with SAP and related software tools for tracking and reporting.
• Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with shipping documentation and compliance requirements.

Job Description

As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the supply chain process to meet customer and business needs.

You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of the supply chain by ensuring all shipments and receipts are processed correctly and on time, supporting overall operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE
