Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 1 for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Florida, NY. You will ensure accurate receiving and shipping, document discrepancies, and maintain inventory records using warehouse systems.

This role supports our finance function and broader supply chain operations. Candidate should have 1+ year shipping/receiving experience, knowledge of inventory processes, and the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, documenting discrepancies.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management systems.
