Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Ship/Receiving Specialist Level 2 to manage shipping and receiving, coordinate shipments, verify goods, and maintain records to support production schedules and customer commitments.

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager, work on-site at our Phoenix location, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance across all operations.

Qualifications

Experience in shipping and receiving operations within manufacturing or distribution.
Knowledge of inventory control and material handling for accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
Ability to inspect and verify shipments for quality and compliance with company standards.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities to meet production and customer requirements.
Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and physical inspection.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions in the system.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all shipping and receiving operations.
