Job summary

Laurelcrest is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialist in McMinnville, OR to support daily logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse operations. You will process orders, verify details, and prepare shipments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. At least a high school diploma and 1–2 years of shipping/receiving experience are expected;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years shipping, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently according to sales orders and procedures.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and other order details prior to packing and shipment.
• Inspect and audit outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment per company standards and carrier requirements.
• Coordinate daily outbound shipments and assist with transportation scheduling and carrier pickups.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect materials and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock-level monitoring.
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
