Job summary

Laurelcrest is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support daily logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse operations. You will ensure customer orders are processed accurately, shipments are prepared and dispatched on time, and incoming materials are received, inspected, and documented.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures, packaging standards, and freight-handling practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and order details prior to packing and shipment.
• Inspect and audit outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Coordinate daily outbound shipments and assist with transportation scheduling.
