Ideal candidates have 1–3 years shipping experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work with FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems. Forklift operation may be required if certified.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of shipping experience required.
• 3+ years shipping experience preferred, including shipments to Applied Materials.
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS and DHL systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with loading shipments and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Process shipping transactions and prepare bills of lading and paperwork.
• Prepare daily driver dispatch logs, routes, deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate with drivers and update routes as schedules change.
• Use automated shipping systems (FedEx/UPS/DHL) to support operations.
• Ensure packaging and labeling meet customer specs and procedures.
• Follow instructions, assist teammates, and complete tasks on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate a forklift as needed (if certified).
