FEMA Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Portage, MI. Core hours are 7:00am–3:30pm with possible overtime. The role reports to the Logistics Supervisor and requires a high school diploma with 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities include preparing shipments, receiving goods, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates can work with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, and participate in continuous improvement efforts across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience with FEMA Corporation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, package, and document outgoing shipments as per process.
• Receive, inspect, inventory, document, and store receipts.
• Execute international shipments and manage BOL documentation.
• Identify improvements and assist in implementation.
• Train others in shipping/distribution disciplines.
• Coordinate with Production Control for on-time shipments.
