Job summary

Domico Med-Device in Fenton, MI is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage materials, packaging, and documentation. You will work closely with manufacturing and office teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments and efficient material flow.

The role combines shipping, receiving, material handling, and data entry in our ERP system. We expect dependable, organized candidates with attention to detail and the ability to lift materials safely in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
• Package finished products safely and accurately for shipment
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Prepare shipping documentation and print shipping labels
• Verify quantities, product information, and shipping details for accuracy
• Operate a Hi-Lo/forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and material storage areas
• Deliver materials to the appropriate departments as needed
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal team members
• Enter and maintain shipping and receiving information in computer systems
• Identify discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping concerns and communicate them appropriately
• Follow all company safety, quality, and material‑handling procedures
• Assist with other warehouse and manufacturing support activities as needed
