Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verify materials, and maintain accurate documentation in NetSuite ERP. Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Pioneer’s software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), NetSuite ERP system, and FreightView.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, freight coordination, and OSHA safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Inspect and verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy, condition, and completeness in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation for all shipments and receipts is completed in Pioneer’s NetSuite ERP system.
• Process pick & ship customer orders and warehouse transfer orders efficiently.
• Ensure all materials are pulled, packed, labeled, and shipped in accordance with Pioneer’s service standards and expectations of each customer.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are aligned with Pioneer’s standards and each customer’s delivery deadlines.
• Work closely with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups.
• Resolve order or delivery issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Deliver or retrieve materials and equipment from customers or vendors as needed to meet customer satisfaction and deadline requirements
• Perform material put-aways of received inventory materials and ensure items are stored correctly.
• Deliver materials ordered for active jobs to appropriate area with proper documentation and notification.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts and full inventory audits.
