Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, processing, storage, and timely shipment of materials. The role supports order fulfillment, material handling, and warehouse accuracy to satisfy customers.

Responsibilities include verifying materials, documenting shipments in NetSuite, and coordinating with carriers to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Pioneer’s software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), NetSuite ERP system, and FreightView.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, freight coordination, and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Inspect and verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation for all shipments and receipts in NetSuite ERP.
• Process pick & ship customer orders and warehouse transfer orders efficiently.
• Ensure materials are pulled, packed, labeled, and shipped to meet standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and resolve delivery issues.
