Job summary

Administrative Resources Options Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Glenview, IL. The role involves shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal deliveries. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand much of the day.

Forklift experience is a plus; some computer experience is needed. The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a full-time, permanent status. Responsibilities include preparing materials for shipping, recording inventory, loading

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for the majority of the work day.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Some computer experience is needed.
Adheres to safety procedures and workplace policies.
Prepares materials for shipping; loads pallets and crates; uses heavy machinery as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare materials for shipping, create and wrap pallets.
Receive incoming materials and record inventory.
Stock materials in their designated places.
Use scanning devices to track materials.
Place service calls for designated equipment and deliver mail/packages.
Assist in opening/closing site under supervision.
Maintain a clean and organized site; handle internal/external mail and courier tasks.
Complete projects assigned by management or client.
