Job summary

Administrative Resources Options Group is seeking an On-call Office Services Associate in Glenview, IL. The role centers on shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling with a need to lift up to 50 lbs.

A vehicle for travel to downtown Chicago or western suburbs is required for coverage. The position offers a flexible on-call schedule in a professional office setting, with a hiring bonus of $200 after 60 days.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for the majority of the work day.
Forklift experience and certification is a plus.
Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel to downtown or western suburbs for coverage when needed.
Basic computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

Perform shipping functions including shipping, receiving, and moving inventory.
Receive incoming materials, record inventory, and stock materials in their proper places.
Prepare materials for shipping and crates, wrap pallets, and load materials onto trucks.
Use scanning devices to track materials and document all in/out materials.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and assist with messenger deliveries.
Assist in opening/closing site under supervision and follow safety procedures.
Complete projects assigned by management and client.
