Flex in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Handler to support material flow, shipping, and inventory control on a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm schedule. You will prepare shipments, receive and store materials, and maintain accurate documentation with lot traceability while operating a forklift and following EHS policies.

This role emphasizes careful handling, cycle counting, and timely loading of production materials to ensure smooth production lines.

Qualificações

• Basic competency related to function.
• Awareness of Flex techniques.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Physically prepare shipments for loading and outbound delivery.
• Receive material and store using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain accurate receipt and shipping documentation with lot traceability tags.
• Track shipping containers and loading activities.
• Operate a forklift truck safely.
• Follow all EHS policies and procedures.
• Support month-end inventories and understand part flow in plant.
• Load production material for assigned production lines.
