Job summary

Dura-Line is seeking a Shipping Attendant in Evansville, Wyoming to manage outgoing shipments, unload incoming goods, and maintain the shipping yard. The role requires forklift proficiency, SAP/MRP knowledge, and strong attention to detail in packaging, labeling, and documentation.

You will work in a manufacturing environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate, timely shipments and proper inventory control. This is an on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, including shipping, receiving, and FIFO practices.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and MRP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and coordinate outgoing shipments, including processing and printing bills of lading and required shipping paperwork.
• Unload incoming shipments and receive goods in SAP, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
• Assemble and package materials for shipment according to shipping requirements.
• Label shipping information, instructions, and documentation accurately for outgoing materials.
• Communicate with teams to ensure the correct product is shipped at high quality with minimal waste.
• Examine outgoing shipments for defects, accurate labels, and correct documentation.
• Unload returns and materials as needed, count parts, and track inventory in SAP.
• Perform material handling for production, raw materials, extrusion reel returns, and reel building.
