Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience with measurement devices is required.
• Understanding SDS/Hazcom shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Verify outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or records.
• Determine the method of shipment to meet schedules.
• Affix shipping labels and stamps on crates and cartons.
• Move shipments using forklift or hand-truck and prepare containers.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
