Job summary

Stanadyne is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate II to perform routine receipts and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role involves verifying deliveries, preparing shipping documents, maintaining ERP records, and coordinating carrier handoffs in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

You will handle forklift operations, use scanners and shipping software, and maintain inventory traceability while working with supervision to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in routine receiving, order preparation, inventory handling, and shipping documentation.
• Accurately complete ERP transactions and use scanners, shipping software, and basic computer applications.
• Read purchase orders and shipment records; recognize and investigate common discrepancies.
• Complete standard assignments independently and obtain required authorization for assigned equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload and verify deliveries, complete receiving transactions, and place accepted materials in designated locations.
• Shipping: pick, pack, label, stage shipments, verify packing lists and bills of lading, and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Inventory and records: complete transactions, perform cycle counts, and manage returns and recordkeeping.
