• Inbound processing: verify and reconcile incoming freight using bills of lading and packing slips.
• Outbound processing: generate shipping documents, manifests, and tracking labels for outbound orders, coordinating carrier pickups.
• Inventory accuracy: assist with inventory records and cycle counts in receiving and shipping areas.
• Staging and flow: manage staging areas for inbound materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient movement.
• Communication: serve as primary contact for incoming and outgoing carriers, resolving documentation issues quickly.
