Job summary

The Huntington Resource is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate to support a busy warehouse environment. You will prepare freight shipments, handle shipping/receiving, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory placement within the stocking timeframe.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in shipping operations and basic computer skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, USPS is a big plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and order picking is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare freight shipments and manage shipping paperwork.
• Handle shipping and receiving, pick products from warehouse and pack orders.
• Place items in efficient picking locations within stocking timeframes.
• Verify orders against quantities and types; enter inventory in the computer.
• Maintain clean shipping workstations and warehouse space; support loading/unloading.
