FAMIS - A PSE Group Company is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations. The role involves picking and pulling orders, handling outbound shipments, and preparing UPS/FedEx shipments while utilizing ComCept software and RF scanners.

You will stage and palletize freight, maintain transfer tickets, and ensure accurate documentation for timely delivery. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Experience preparing UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists, transfer tickets, packing slips, and shipping instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely lift, move, stage, and palletize products.

Aufgaben

• Pick and pull products to order requirements, pick lists, and shipping instructions.
• Process and coordinate all outbound shipments not handled by company carriers, including shipments through third party parcel services.
• Prepare, process, label, and ship packages using UPS and FedEx shipping systems and procedures.
• Use ComCept software to process orders, manage inventory transactions, and complete shipping and transfer documents.
• Operate RF scanners to scan, verify, and track products throughout picking and shipping.
• Stage, sort, and organize outbound shipments according to carrier, destination, and scheduled pickup.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and secure freight for truck pickups to ensure safe transportation.
• Prepare, process, verify, and maintain transfer tickets for inventory moving between locations or departments.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, shipping labels, and documentation to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Verify products against packing slips and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel and supervisors regarding shipment status, discrepancies, and shipping requirements.
