Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Schedule inbound and outbound order activities with carriers.
• Manage drivers at entry/exit points and verify paperwork and seals.
• Ensure all documentation is checked, scanned, and delivered.
• Handle inbound phone and email communications related to shipping and receiving.
• Complete required UPS/FedEx forms.
• Monitor gate access to the facility.
• Validate container and booking accuracy to ensure correct volumes in and out.
• Conduct and reconcile yard checks as required.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by site leadership.
