Job summary
Aerotek is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations in Washington, MO. The role covers picking, packing, palletizing, inventory control, and entering shipping information into our ERP.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling inventory and shipping processes, with experience using pallet jacks, RF scanners, and ERP systems. This contract-to-hire role offers competitive pay and benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience in shipping/receiving in warehouse or manufacturing.
- Strong inventory counting and control experience.
- Basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately enter and manage data.
- Experience using pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and palletize customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation using FedEx and ERP systems.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data into company systems.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Stock materials in designated inventory locations.
- Use RF scanners and pallet jacks to move and track materials.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
