Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Shipping Clerk for our Fairfield, NJ location. You will manage day-to-day shipping and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse, maintain logs, prepare packing lists and bills of lading, and ensure records and documents are accurate and compliant with company procedures.

You will track inventory movements in the Syteline ERP, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and use UPS WorldShip and FedEx software to process shipments.

Qualifications

Oversee day-to-day warehouse shipping/receiving operations.
Maintain shipping/receiving logs and organized files.
Prepare packing lists, bills of lading and shipping docs.
Verify items and lot numbers before shipment.
Track inventory movements in Syteline ERP.
Support cycle counts and physical inventories.
Enter/update data on inventory, shipments and receipts in ERP.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx software.

Responsibilities
