Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Materials Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in a Pass-through location. The role supports shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials, checks orders against invoices, and maintains ship records in the ERP system.

The position includes lifting up to 55–60 lbs, standing for long periods, and operating warehouse equipment. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with a temp-to-perm path and a starting wage of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to regularly lift 10 lbs. and occasionally 55-60 lbs.
• Safely operate warehouse dock equipment and drive a non-CDL truck.
• Work in dusty environments.
• Stand up to 8 hours.
• Multi-task and maintain safe work habits.
• Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic and written records.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products and materials.
• Check goods against purchase orders or invoices and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Package and prepare products for shipment and post weights and shipping charges.
• Enter shipping records into ERP system and maintain ship records.
• Prepare and maintain records of items shipped.
• Review customer orders and distribute products or materials.
• Examine inventory and distribute items in warehouses or on manufacturing lines.
