Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a diligent Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage material flow, from receiving through packing and shipping, in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will use our ERP system to track parts, locate inventory, and issue materials to production jobs, ensuring on-time delivery. The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety procedures, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years related experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, with a sense of urgency and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Receive, package, crate, and ship shop materials according to work instructions.
• Load/unload material when trucks arrive; transfer material in ERP and local locations.
• Create shipping documents; schedule freight pickups; maintain safe work environment.
• Inspect goods and packaging for damage; ensure readiness for shipping.
• Strive for continuous improvement in daily shipping/receiving processes.
