Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• Familiarity with shipping software (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and basic inventory systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online portals.
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Package products for shipping with correct materials and labels.
• Generate shipping labels and documents; coordinate with carriers.
• Schedule pickups and communicate shipment status to carriers and internal teams.
• Palletize, label, and wrap outgoing shipments as needed.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and order details.
• Enter received goods into inventory systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean and organized receiving area.
