Job summary

RC Mowers is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate for on‑site work in Suamico, WI. You will pull, pack, label, and prepare orders, process shipments, and help verify incoming parts and inventory. Cross-training will enable you to cover both Shipping and Receiving areas as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, computer use, and teamwork in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Expect a steady M-F schedule with day hours and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using NetSuite and shipping software.
• Able to work independently after training.
• Willing to learn both shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process shipments and assist with freight coordination.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Receive incoming parts and materials, verify against POs.
• Enter receiving and shipping data in NetSuite.
• Maintain organized, safe Shipping and Receiving areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and cross-training.
