Job summary

Celerity Staffing is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Middleton, WI location. The role handles incoming materials, verifies shipments, maintains inventory, and prepares outgoing orders while delivering materials to internal departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and capable of collaborating with multiple teams to ensure accurate handling of materials and products in a warehouse setting. Shift is 7AM-3:30PM.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to count, inspect, and document materials.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Windows familiarity.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and conditions.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Deliver materials to internal departments.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Perform routine cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales).
• Communicate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Operate forklifts or similar equipment as needed.
