Job summary

RC Mowers is hiring an Assembly Technician to join the Suamico, WI factory team. This full-time, on-site role involves building machines from components and subassemblies using hand and power tools, following detailed instructions, and ensuring quality through the production line.

You'll work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime in busy seasons. Training is provided; your hands-on skills will help deliver reliable mowing equipment for challenging terrains.

Qualifications

• No prior machine knowledge required; training provided.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing helps.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools; ability to read basic diagrams or drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies into finished machines.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
• Check your work for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Spot issues and communicate them to the team.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Support production goals and build schedules.
