Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate to prepare outgoing shipments, receive incoming orders, and organize inventory for efficient order fulfillment.

You will uphold safety and quality standards, verify shipments, process bills of lading, and assist with scheduling, packing, and documentation on a Monday–Friday schedule. Experience with basic computer systems and reading job documents is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepares outgoing shipments and receives incoming shipments.
• Verifies and documents shipments, loads/unloads using hand trucks or forklifts.
