Job summary

Talentify in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a temporary assignment from 07/29/2026 to 10/28/2026. The role supports inbound/outbound material flow, data entry, and documentation accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, routing materials, preparing shipments, and assisting with order entry and inventory tasks. Lifting up to 70 pounds and forklift/pallet jack operation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months previous materials management experience.
• Some data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, process and route materials into the facility and off-site facilities.
• Notify Warehouse Manager of discrepancies in materials vs shipping docs.
• Prepare shipments with documentation for outbound shipments.
• Manage Returned Goods process per SOP.
• Assist in order entry, picking, packing and delivery as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventory.
