Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 10am-6:30pm) to handle data entry and admin tasks for incoming and outgoing shipments.

You will coordinate pick-ups, track shipments, and produce reports from the WMS while adhering to safety and accuracy standards. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year data processing experience, distribution center preferred.
• 1 year warehouse/clerical experience using standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry within the assigned area.
• Coordinate and schedule pick-ups and shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Generate reports from Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Track audits and maintain inventory records.
• Adhere to safety, policies, and procedures.
