Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year data processing or warehouse data entry experience.
• 1 year warehouse/clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• RF equipment familiarity preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry within the assigned work area.
• Coordinate and schedule pick-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Generate labels for daily production orders.
• Track monthly rack audit information.
• Track recurring MSDS in Maintenance Connection.
• Generate custom reports from the Warehouse Management System.
• Conduct inventory adjustment audits.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
