The position requires a high school diploma and about 1 year in related data processing or warehouse/clerical work, with proficiency in Windows and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of data processing experience preferred.
• 1 year in warehouse/clerical environment using standard practices.
• Proficient PC skills: Windows, Excel, Word.
• Familiarity with RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry within assigned area.
• Handle shipping and receiving related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and schedule pick-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Consolidate shipments as required.
• Adhere to Vendor Routing Guide requirements.
• Assist with label generation for daily orders.
• Generate reports from Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support inventory adjustment audits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
