IST Management is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for Bedford, MA. This full-time role supports both Office Services and Shipping/Receiving in a client location, with cross-training in the main IST facility.

The position involves daily package handling, records management, and carrier operations during day shifts. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of shipping/receiving experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; shipping/receiving exp preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping/receiving and related office services tasks.
• Enter receipts of items into Oracle or similar system.
• Handle inbound/outbound package processing and carrier operations (FedEx/UPS/DHL).
• Maintain orderly documentation and references for efficient retrieval.
• Support client sites with attention to accuracy and on-time delivery.
