ECS Composites in Medford, OR is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to ensure materials and finished products are received, organized, documented, and shipped on time. This full-time role offers a day shift, Monday–Thursday, with three-day weekends and overtime during peak season; you will handle receiving, inspection, data entry, labeling, packing, and coordination with carriers.

• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Ability to learn new computer systems and perform data entry accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, supplies, and products
• Verify shipments against orders and packing slips
• Inspect deliveries for shortages or damage
• Enter receiving/shipping data into systems
• Label, organize, and store materials
• Prepare items for shipment and packing
• Create and verify shipping documents and labels
• Coordinate pickups with carriers
• Load/unload trucks with proper equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Communicate issues to relevant departments
• Keep shipping/receiving area clean and safe
• Collaborate with production and purchasing to meet deadlines
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency
