Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Addison, IL for 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Training starts on the 1st shift for ~2 weeks. Pay starts at $22.50/hr, with overtime requirements based on business need.

Primary duties include receiving, inspecting, staging, and documenting shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• English reading and writing necessary for manifests and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute incoming materials and freight.
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments with accurate documentation.
• Safely load/unload trucks and freight containers with appropriate equipment.
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate logs for inventory and shipping/receiving.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and material-handling protocols.
