Kelly Services is seeking an Injection Machine Operator in Addison, IL. The role involves operating injection molding machines, monitoring production runs, and ensuring parts meet strict quality standards in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You will train on 1st shift for the first two weeks and then move to 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with overtime based on business needs. A safety-conscious approach and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, plastics/injection molding preferred.
• Must read/write English to follow technical instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and related production equipment.
• Monitor cycle runs and inspect finished parts to catch defects early.
• Load materials, remove parts, trim, deburr, and package per specifications.
• Identify, document, and report equipment issues or quality deviations to leads.
