SWD Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Packer (Pack/Unpack) in Addison, IL. This full-time role is on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends. Starting pay is $18.75/hour.

You will pack, unpack, and hand-pack jobs, operate wrapping and sorting equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Qualifications include basic reading/writing/math, strong communication, ability to work quickly, and teamwork. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; forklift operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer jobs at the pack 3 and pack 4 machines.
• Hand pack when needed.
• Unpack jobs for all departments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Operate the wrap machine.
• Operate the roll sorter.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Practice safe work habits, following outlined policies and procedures.
• Operate a forklift.
• Reviewing and comprehending Shop Orders.
• Be aware of SWD Inc., company policy and procedures, including QS-9000 and ISO-14001 policies.
