Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Olathe, KS is seeking a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 to manage daily shipping and receiving activities. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the supply chain to meet customer needs.

Reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Manager, this on-site role emphasizes compliance, safety, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with SAP and related tracking/reporting tools.
• Experience in shipping and receiving in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with shipping documentation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities for timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping and receiving efficiency.
