Job summary

Ascentek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Operator in Minnesota to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory and safe handling of materials. The role is first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with shift differentials for other shifts.

You will receive inbound shipments, pick and pack outbound orders, operate forklifts, inspect materials, and use warehouse systems to maintain records.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against PO and documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
• Load and unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Inspect materials for damage or nonconformance and follow procedures.
• Use warehouse systems and scanners to maintain inventory records.
• Prepare shipments including labeling and documentation.
